| Thanks God for Tom! I didn't have Heating and Cooling person in our group (Clarkston) so I found out we had one in Auburn Hills (Tom Lozowski from Ventcraft Heating & Cooling), one of my furnace's went out (the side of the house that my daughter sleeps on) and while my wife and daughter were in Florida, I thought I would have it fixed. It only took one call for Tom to jump into action, he had one of his guys stop by the next morning and they handled the problem and I could not be happier, I'm going to look like a star tonight when they get home. Thank God for Tom . My Best, Keith Patten

| SNG Members Stand Tall When I set up my non-profit organization last year, I went several rounds with our attorney trying to get our 501(c)(3) application filed and approved. After many months of very slow progress, unreturned phone calls and ultimately a letter from the IRS asking more questions about our organization I became extremely frustrated... we were losing money fast on legal fees that got us nowhere. Wayne referred me to Ed Gudeman (SNG Southfield) and when I visited the Southfield Chapter to promote our benefit, I asked Ed if he would be willing to look over our situation.
Within 9 weeks, Ed reviewed our case, responded to the IRS's questions, amended our bylaws, re-worked our entire application, submitted everything and we got our 501(c)(3) status!!! Ed was simply excellent to work with - very professional, very timely with his work and communicated things very clearly and honestly with me. Thanks again for the great work Ed - SNG members stand tall above the rest over and over again!

| Detroit People Mover - Dennis Green After announcing at my Detroit SNG meeting that I would offer special discount advertising rates in my People-Friendly Places downtown guidebook to SNG members, Wayne ran a special email offer for me to all chapter members. I am happy to report that I sold 1 full page and 2 half pages to SNG members. That helped me to sell out the advertising space in my first 20-page issue! Thanks again, Wayne!

| SNG Members are Here to Help!I was in dire need of a drum for my ailing fax machine. I authorized Richard Kroll of Precise Print (Southfield) to purchase 3 for me because the price was great. I placed my order about 2:30 pm and they arrived at my office at 11:30 the following morning... and no, I was not paid to write this!!
Highly, highly recommended.

| SNG Means Good Contacts!Wayne, just wanted you to know that Paul Hughes has already contacted me for some product! Wow! That was fast... just wanted you to know that I enjoyed the group and that Paul has already called AND e-mailed the specs for what he needs. SNG not only works, but it works fast! Thanks for inviting me Wayne!

| SNG Members are First Class! After many attempts to coordinate our schedules, I had the pleasure to meet with Joe Macksoud at J-Mack Agency. We found that we have many of the same interest and thoughts on many issues. Our get together that I expected to take one hour turned into 5 1/2 hours as we really enjoyed each others company and the time got away. The end result is that I'm going to Rep for J-Mack Agency and include the Identity Protection as part of their protection services. We both believe that there is a natural fit. During my time with SNG, I have found all of the people I have met with outside of our morning breakfasts, to be FIRST CLASS in every possible way. In addition to Joe, Ed Roach and Paul Hughes both have my admiration of their character. If I can suggest to every member, invite a SNG member to coffee, without a business commitment, then you will find out what a strong group SNG really is. Thanks!
