You wouldn’t go away for a weekend with a complete stranger. Likewise, you wouldn’t plan your next vacation with someone you don’t know. That’s why, first we get to know you. We want to learn more than your frequent flyer and passport numbers…we want to understand what makes you tick: why you love to travel, and what you like to do when you get there; your most memorable vacations, and what made them special; your favorite foods, and your pet peeves. So, before we begin planning your next trip, we will make an appointment for an initial consultation, where we will spend some time learning all about you. This initial consultation, which only takes about 20 minutes, is complimentary and is a great way to determine what we can offer you. We can conduct this initial consultation in person or over the phone, whichever is more convenient for you.

We pride ourselves on building long-term relationships with our clients, and even though it takes hard work and dedication, it’s a process that ensures we will guide you in the right direction, every time. Maybe you want to plan a relaxing getaway with your spouse this year, but next year you hope to embark on an adventure with your kids. We will take notes about all the destinations on your bucket list so that we can create a long-term plan for getting you there. We do charge fees for our services, and these fees vary depending on the scope of the trip you would like us to arrange. We can tell you after our initial consultation what this service fee will be, and what it will cover. Once we collect payment for our services, we can move forward with creating some itineraries that fit your interests.

Once we have connected with you and understand your goals for a particular vacation, we tap into our wealth of knowledge to narrow the field of possibility. We then present options that fit your budget, your desired level of activities, and your personality. After you approve a plan, we will create a customized itinerary for you.

Now comes the best part: relax & enjoy, we’ve got everything covered. We will confirm all of your reservations, and take care of all the details like restaurant reservations, spa appointments and excursions. About 2-4 weeks before you depart we will finalize travel documents and schedule a time to review your itinerary with you. Now all you need to do is pack your bags!
